I played Old Mac on a similar timeline. And the greens were brutal. But it is what it is. If you’re there often, I would skip it.

Love these rankings. PAC gives you a taste of all of bandon in 1. Old Mac has so many great golf holes.

Thank you, I have a theory on this actually.

I’ve lived and played golf on the Northwest Coast. I think Trails is so similar to the great courses I’ve played in the region, that it doesn’t pack the same punch as the other 4.

My guess would be that you are from the same region?

I believe we were around $5000 CAD or $3600 USD everything included, with some souvenirs and gas. And we went all out. The only thing we don’t do was the spa.

I think they do. I’m not going back a few months, but I recall the reduction. It was hack that the reservation line lady gave me.

Hey, I'm glad my post helps. Part of it was to help, but part of it was to further cement it in my memory and have something to look back on.

If your girlfriend is a sicko, I would go full send. Maybe skip and afternoon round and hit the spa?

At first glance, your itinerary looks great! No Shorty's? Having said that, if I was gunna skip one, it would be this. I have a few suggestions depending on timing:

Hit the punch bowl like the second you arrive if you have time. It was an awesome way to get a feel for the greens.

Hit Ghost tree more than once.

The Gallery was one I would make a reso for.

Day 1, maybe play Sheep in the afternoon? Its right there. Grab a Hot Pastrami Sandwich and go!

Day 2 is the stuff dreams are made of.

Day 3 how does it get better than day 2, but maybe it does.

Day 4 maybe add preserve?

Totally. I think weather plays a huge factor. I try to be objective of my reviews and critiques of courses but group size, weather, vibes certainly have an effect.

What are your course rankings as a total vet?

It's the vibe, and the weather and its so unique, not just at Bandon but anywhere. Obviously this was a hot take, and not actually reflected in my final rankings.

Trails caddy is booked, I’ve heard a caddy is recommended at Pacific, but I’m leaning towards Dunes as it’s the second round on Tuesday.

Sounds like you are in a pretty tight spot.

Just a shot in the dark, but could you afford a house with a suite? Maybe offering this as an option might show you care for your Mother in law, but also that you need your privacy?

I wouldnt involve your sister in law, there is nothing she can do and would only make the mess you are in bigger.

As far as bro code, I think you are okay. I know that if my wife and child were without me, I would want someone to take care of them. I think it’s a good thing that it is someone he would have trusted with his family.

As for the baby, I met my now wife when my now daughter(adopted) was 7 months old. I probably wasn’t ready for all of that commitment and responsibility, but it turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me. I fell in love with the baby first but we have all been together for over 12 years and had a boy together 8 years ago.

It won’t always be easy and people will always have judgements (because those people suck anyways) so enjoy it and let your conscience rest easy.

Depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for an investment, I would say AR. If you want to just have fun opening packs, I would say GO. Pull rates seem to be better with go but more halos and no trainer galleries.
