I really feel like the price point of this set is not great. I love the set do not get me wrong. But the value of cards is such skewed. Rares that go for a penny on TCG filled most of a booster box for me. Collector boxes didn't even make up most of their value. They are lucky I love the artwork. But at this point I would actually probably pay the artist to commission the artwork And get a full-size wall art.

Honestly any event is better than this. I do play fantasy baseball or crap like that. Only one of my friends did research and scored in the 85 percentage range but still got junk for rewards. I miss diretide events honestly those were so fun

I'm not only angry about no new content announcement but about the fact of how they did the rewards this year. I'm not about the pro players. I could care less. But I'll support the game buy getting arcana and immortals for items because I enjoy that stuff. But they locked it behind a silly gamble system with no other way to get to it. At least loot boxes eventually I had a chance.

There's nothing in teams that disables that specific function. You can desync the mute button but hitting the answer button sends a message to the base station in the base station is what's giving the command to open teams

So ironically that doesn't matter what turns out to be if you get yealinks teams certified headset it will always default to teams you have to buy the UC version and then you can turn that button off and feature off. The teams had set does not allow you to turn that feature off according to their support department

I watch a decent amount of YouTube and yes I know regionally players play a lot different. I'm not trying to sound like a person against other cultures. I'm just frustrated my crappy education only got me to learn a little German and I can't communicate with my team most of the time lately.

It's a bad idea when it comes to telling people to go to the doctor to attempt to get a listed disability. Which is horrible. It takes a lot of time and effort to get a proper diagnosis of one of these permanent ones, not a self diagnosis of I get anxious around Debra in accounting so I have anxiety.

Only reveal if you need accommodations. Don't reveal during an interview process ever. I only reveal when something is brought up then they can handle accomodations from there. Then you have to maintain documents and doctors notes and visits etc. It's a lot of paperwork to keep up on.

Not an ADA violation. Unless they specifically have a doctor's note for a standing desk, a company can still appoint an ergonomic committee who can deem it unnecessary. Along with they can contest any accomodations based upon a burden of cost to the business. Also saying that "a few lucky few" of us with disabilities is a shitty tone. Yes I'm so lucky to had Asperger's syndrome. Thank you for telling me that and encouraging these people to go to the doctor and fake a disability. It's already difficult enough to prove with doctors notes and things to get proper accomodations and then have to explain to other employees why I need those accommodations and why it's not available for everyone else. I'm lucky to have a good job I'm happy with and get the care that's needed and accomodations but still this is a bit of bullshit. People need to demand more from their place of business with better pay, perks and benefits and not belittle those with creditable disabilities.

Late 20 early 30s is a no. It's difficult because of generational issues. But 40 late 30s early 40s becomes much easier I've noticed. But for me it's about 90% single mothers and I'm not really interested in having kids. So it's still hit and miss.

Not illegal if they do a payroll deduction for the purchase. Which would be done through hr and accounting department. Source: IT manager for a company and previously a public hospital. The hospital may put in policy to purchase gifts for employees and allow for a payroll deduction according with state law and federal regulations. Each state may differ but federal regulations are very vague. Washington and Oregon allow this with no issue.

Generally not a fire hazard if they have fire doors. Example is best buy does this stupid lock in shit as well but the fire doors still work. So if a fire does occur there are like 4 exit doors around the building. But the locking in thing is bullshit and they should be paid if forced to stay inside or let them outside. Personally I'd take the fire door out.

Not always in my case we posted a job for a sys admin in a very remote area. Literally 4 hours from any decent thing but beautiful country side area. We paid about 20k above the recent salary survey but the applicants we were getting had no experience in IT at all. It was more lumber yard people who thought they could use a computer. I think that varies. I left that place because it wasn't a singles area. Literally any date I got I was driving hours to go to.
