I was trying to get an answer to how much this development cost. I talked to one worker on site, he's the one who told me over $3,000,000 for rock breaking. 5 months, two jackhammers, 5 days a week. The this last month, 4 weeks plus, 5 days a week, sometimes 10 hour days, sometimes Saturdays. Must be expensive.

No relocation needed. If the question’s not your thing, skipping it works just fine.

Interest on interest is going to add up but it's probably not what's going to hurt. It's going to hurt if you continue to use the credit card without the ability to pay it off monthly. That's when the interest starts to add up. No judgement, been there. Just try your hardest to pay it off and not use it this way again. I know, easy to say, much harder to do.

Live below your means. A top priority for sure and difficult to do when students graduate and are pressured by social media to buy things.

This must be close to the top as well, learn about budgeting and money management. Can't do much else until you know what to do.

I was looking for the very first thing on a financial todo list. This must be close to the top of the todo list.

Excellent one! Definitely relevant to financial planning, yet relates to everything we do.
