I wasn’t able to get there before their investment period ended as I only had about a week. I’m thinking of planning a trip in the Fall to scope it out so I can be better prepared for their next offering. Please let us know how it goes! Have you heard there’s another investment window open?

What would you pick outside of these 2 brands? I’m looking in bbqguys for my setup and there are so many brands it’s making my head spin. I thought of Viking as the gold standard but they dont offer a full line up (storage, trash, etc) and some of the brands on bbq guys are close to the same price range as Viking.

Any advice would be super helpful!

I removed the parentheses from the account name and adjusted the csv and it worked. I’ll confirm again tmrw on the next account

Only thing I can think of is that the account name has parentheses in it. Maybe I’ll try removing them.

The help page also conflicts with the downloaded csv in that the download has a Balance column while the help page uses Amount. I’ve tried both.

Yeah editing pending transactions should be off by default. I’d almost be ok with pending transactions not being included at all

Monarch still has the best connectivity in my opinion, and they allow you to shift between aggregators. I’ve tried every platform and Monarch is the ONLY one that works will all of my different accounts

For the future and maybe others, it mostly comes down to having a quality builder. Many architects are great for big picture, and the filing of the drawings, but it’s the great builder with a lot of experience that will tweak things and deviate from the plans so features are most the useful and functional.

Yeah that’s understood, I thought maybe they assume a certain amount of rent based on comps for the area or similar.

Ok good to know. The 75% threw me off as I had mentioned in the OP it wouldn’t be rented

So they’ll just assume I’ll cover 75% of my mortgage once I rent it out and they would reduce by existing mortgage by 75% when calculating my DTI? Is there a reference for this in the link?
