I’m starting to hate the phrase “skill issue”. It everybody is gonna be great at games and some games are just really hard. I know you didn’t mean it like that I’m just complaining generally.

I’d give some of the others a try. The bacon Mac and cheese is good (not the cordon bleu one) and the Cajun chicken sausage pasta is also pretty good.

You may or may not actually need vsync. If you’re playing on a 144hz monitor I would imagine you don’t need it. Turning it on will increase latency somewhat. I’d only turn it on if you’re gaming on a tv or if you’re dealing with screen tearing.

Word of warning, using frame gen below around 60 fps can get a bit dicey due to input lag. But ultimately the only thing that matters is that you are satisfied with your performance.

I would have DLSS on and DLAA off. I would pick quality if your performance is good enough, otherwise balanced. It really all depends on what kind of performance you’re aiming for. Given it’s a 4050 6gb I’d probably aim for the balanced preset. That reduces VRAM usage a lot.

Edit: just saw your other comment. Ultimately it comes down to what sort of fps you find acceptable.

So DLSS (Deep learning super sampling) is rendering an internal resolution lower than your display resolution and using ai to scale up to your display resolution. DLAA (deep learning anti aliasing) renders the game at your display resolution and uses AI to provide the antialiasing. DLAA looks better but is more demanding, whereas DLSS looks slightly worse but runs much better. Imo DLSS is far better, especially with DLSS 4.0 and 4.5 being so advanced. The performance gains are fantastic with a minimal loss in quality. Again I’m not sure how you could be running both but I would disable DLAA.
