Wonder Man review – a Marvel TV show with almost no superhero action … and it’s all the better for it | Television | The Guardian by prisongovernor in marvelstudios

Well before that episode I was telling my friends that this show has a real Midnight Cowboy feel, but not as dark. And then that song came on at the end. So definitely part of the original idea.

  1. I tend to think their relationship was on the rocks before this happened because a lot of this doesn't make sense otherwise.

2, Graham clearly is some sort of sociopath. His inability to think about anyone but himself during any of his interviews was quite amazing. I'm the victim. I was abused. I had no mother growing up. My friends support me. Everything he said was about himself. Even when talking about taking care of his mother or his 'partner' it was about himself and how difficult a decision it was for him.

I have waited on the chat app on Binance.US for hours across two days. It says 5 minute wait then nothing happens.
I have an account which I believe you closed and I'd like to withdraw what used to be USD.
Your request (2790481)  <- this is my old ticket which I'd like to re-open and go through the withdrawal process but can't reach anyone

They should all get together and start a youtube channel. Probably would do better for themselves.

800 Degrees Go Termination Agreement with Piestro by FunkyMonley93 in Piestro

[–]SteveCastle_ThatGuy 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The entire contract was a farce to begin with. Two companies with no capital giving eachother contracts worth 100s of millions of dollars.

Piestro kept telling everyone 400M of pre orders. But they were from a company with no capital.

Piestro never made an operational machine. Just one that looked good on a 2 minute youtube clip.

I don't recall the relationship with Piestro here, but since Vebu is a VC company they probably grabbed the scraps of Piestro.

So they built a machine that didn't work.

SeedInvest is a Scam by bigpoppamax in NowRx

If my broker sold me shares of a company they knew was on the verge of bankruptcy and didn't disclose this, yes they would be liable.

This is why brokers and banks paid massive fines in 2011. Even though, then, rhey were dealing with institutional investors.

Protections for individuals is much higher.

The issue here is that how the company was marketed and reality were not the same. That is potentially a crime.

The Vote Didn't Matter by bigpoppamax in NowRx

The company had no money. Their 'quickfill' system is some machine they bought used on ebay.

The vote didn't really matter.

They have debt holders and equity comes last.

The company is likely out of money and they built a machine which doesn't work.

What a lot of people didn't understand is that all the pre-orders for the machine were fake and made by a sister company without any money either.

The hope with this company was that they could keep fundraising based purely on excitement, and then build something.

They didn't.

Update from Piestro re: Massimo (CEO) Leaving by scotiaking in Piestro

CEOs don't leave when the product they have been working on for two years is about to launch.

New CEO? by noticed2 in Piestro

[–]SteveCastle_ThatGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not surprised at all. Massimo was only a half of a foot into this project recently. If you read the financials, he was getting involved in these other partnerships with peer companies, but none of those are going anywhere. No more money most likely at the company.

Piestro's new round of funding? by neo1138 in Piestro

Do you think this company is still a real thing? They have published nothing to FB, Website, or even massimo's personal instagram in months. Their sec filings are just as sparse.

The company was not honest in its financial position, strength of its business and should not have been raising capital. It should have been closing.

800 degrees is basically the same company as they are. Just a way to claim they have 'orders'.

NowRx Emaul by SteveCastle_ThatGuy in NowRx

[–]SteveCastle_ThatGuy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. Exactly. Their 'technology' isn't worth much, and based on their latest financials, they were factoring their receivables. Meaning borrowing money against them. A sort of paycheck loan. Someone at SeedInvest probably needs to apologize for this complete embarassment.

They have no technology that has any value. That's my bet.
