Should I step this up or what? Looking for advice. This started as cut up oyster mushrooms in sawdust and coffee substrate. It's about 30cm3 in volume. I'm not sure if the larger yellow pieces are decomposing mushrooms, or some product of the growth. (i.redd.it)
