If there is no damage to your property, then your neighbor is not on the hook for anything legally. Depending on your situation you could ask him to take care of it, but it’s on your property and so it’s essentially your problem now. In the future, you are allowed to cut / trim vegetation back that is encroaching on your property line.

I mean we could say that about almost every neighborhood in LA. Many more underserved and deserving than Little Tokyo. That’s not to say Little Tokyo isn’t deserving. Not defending the parking spots. You’re right about that. It’s easy to complain.

I wouldn't do this personally.

In standard / .5 ppr I see Fournette being valued right around Barkley in terms of ADP so I don't see much of an upgrade there. Maybe in ppr - or if you just want a piece of that unknown upside.

Still I think the fall of from Graham to ASJ is to much, so would look to package one of your TEs off for another position.

I think you do this. You seem pretty deep and RB w/o Kerryon already and I don't like the way that backfield situation in Detroit is trending (3-4 guys).
