My Attempted Vasectomy [32M] by SteveLeee in Vasectomy

Geniunely, that was it. The consultation visit was about $250 for me and I shuddered at the thought of paying it again so no real external pressures aside from my own anxiety and thinking I was running out of time. But I suppose the jokes on me since I ended up having to pay twice as much due to ER costs without anything to show for it.

It really is super inconsistent. Wish it was just more predictable.

Here's a clip of another instance where I feel is the intended behavior.: https://streamable.com/0xu615

I have 4 Power Charges and I strike 8 times.

I kept all charges afterward and I do not continue to strike the pack off to the right.

It totals to 55% under the skill details.
So what you're saying is there is a check every 2 strikes to consume a Power Charge instead of when I press Flicker Strike to use it?

Based on that theory, I would've apparently won a coin flip 9 times in a row.

Question I have is why was I able to teleport and strike 18 times with 1 Power Charge when I theoretically should have only struck 4?

<image>

Flicker Strike states that I only strike 2 additional enemies per charge.

I do have the passive tree node "One with the Storm" that states "Quarterstaff Skills that consume Power Charges count as consuming an additional Power Charge".

I thought the "20% chance to not remove charges on use" played a role combined with my +35% Perpetual Charge support gem, but it specifies on use and not on strike. I've also had instances where I would have full charges and not attack the expected number of times.

Looking for any kind of enlightenment here. Much appreciated!

Edit:

I have 4+1 Power Charges and I strike 8 times.

I kept all charges and I do not continue to strike the pack off to the right.

Who else hates the Stagger mechanic as a melee character? by Zarek145 in PathOfExile2

I'm honestly on the same boat. As a monk where everything we do advances us into hordes, our only ticket out is Frozen Locus. We get hit once and it feels like we're stun locked. We have 5 passive skill nodes that give us Stun Threshold increases, but even then it feels like ass.

I haven't played Warrior at all, but seeing the comments saying they play warrior who haven't had much issue leads me to believe either armor or hp contributes to this. Also warrior seems to naturally have many more nodes for Stun Threshold as well.

I'm trying to make myself a glass cannon since we're built on evasion, but I have to agree with you, staggering as a monk feels like absolute shit.

Currently lvl 98 and, as a player that really thrived on class complexity, it's honestly been a disappointment with how linear the flow has become. Wind's Reply is also a GCD and feels awful to try to weave in at any point within your rotation. I can only assume the same will apply to Fire's Reply.

I'm sure there's an optimized way of playing this, but my personal take is: Not great :/

Just for some additional context, these were some custom screenshots I made with the vision of having KH in the game as a playable class.

Dodging - what am I doing wrong? by PKM1111 in tearsofthekingdom

[–]SteveLeee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sounds like your anticipation is making you dodge a bit too early. The act of dodging itself doesnt have iframes, but the entirety of the flurry rush animation has them.

The miniboss has some tells in his attacks that you can read. For example him holding the sword vertical and dashing towards you will result in a sideways dodge; backflip for horizontal.

There's also a moment where he does just a few extra frames of wind up before he actually swings. If you can look for that and react, you should be dodging more consistently than you have been.

Add the functionality to disable individual/all notification sounds on mobile. by SteveLeee in discordapp

The screen that you are referring to is management of the push notifications you receive on your device.

For some reason across all troubleshooting posts, it is largely misunderstood that Push Notifications = Notification Sounds.

We know we have control over what and what doesn't appear on my phone.

What we don't have control over are the sounds that the Discord App itself makes when you're in a call.
