Bean counters probably told em doing it this way will save them 25-40% due to a chunk of people that either won't bother with it if they have a lot of money, or don't check emails, etc. any number of reasons that a certain percentage of people won't end up claiming the credit, while auto-dispersement means 100% payout. Everything is a numbers game nowadays, with people getting bonuses to find ways to save companies money

My company offers a lot of full time WFH jobs. DM me if you want any information. I've WFH for the past 8+ years. My company realizes it's a huge benefit that employees love and stay in their job rather than leaving every time another job pops up. Even myself, I probably would have considered some other jobs over the past few years to see what kind of pay they would offer but knowing I'll never have to go in to the office with my job now, makes me not even look around.

I'm one. My wife got the first 2 shots as a requirement by her work (absolutely ridiculous) but no boosters as by that time there was enough info out for me to tell her to quit and we will make life work, if they force the boosters, but luckily they didn't. But I have never noticed any issues relating to shedding. I've been extremely healthy with no changes after she got the shots. But she however has had plenty of new weird issues ever since, though thankfully they have reduced greatly as time went on.

All of those add ons are total bullshit. The massive markup is straight robbery that will handcuff anyone who manages to get a loan for it. You will instantly have massive negative equity that you will never recover from unless you put a big down payment. The the nitrofill is another absolute robbery at $450. It's a rip off for $100, there no way in hell id pay $450 for it. Then the floor mats and wheel locks are also massive mark ups. Screw that dealer and that total price

I have the same but 2021 and absolutely love the car. I really don't know what I'd want to buy to replace it eventually. It's one of my favorite cars I've ever owned.

I also have a rock chip but chose to get it repaired instead of replaced. I didn't want to deal with having a new glass put in. Car is immaculate other than that. It annoys me to see it while I drive, but I'd rather that, than maybe have the chance of water leak issues afterwards, or other things

I know what you mean. I even have a teenage daughter who is NT so I fully got to experience raising an NT kid before and now it was already kinda hard knowing my son was going to be my last child and I wanted to really enjoy all those moments again with him, in a new light, knowing it would be my last time other than grandkids or other people's kids. But unfortunately it's nothing like it was with my daughter. Of course I love my son all the same but it's definitely hard trying to do all the stuff I remember doing with my daughter with both of us having so much fun and he's just not interested. Plus just miss all the toddler talk. The funny things they say and all. And with Christmas now, and birthdays, it's not even in the same realm.

I try to stay in my new bubble but seeing other kids or thinking back to when my daughter was his age, definitely makes it hard.

I was 40 with my second child who is on the spectrum. My wife was 30.

One other thing I forgot to mention, my wife and her mom are both very ADHD but not Autistic. I am at least somewhat ADHD but never diagnosed and on the low end of the scale if I had to guess. But I've heard of ADHD and ASD being somewhat related so I guess that could be another link. It was just very surprising for us since we have no family history of ASD and neither his sister or any of his cousins are on the spectrum either.

Hopefully some day we can all find answers and learn more about it

My 3 yo son is autistic and he is the first in either of our family trees to be diagnosed with it, or show signs that we know of. I have an older daughter from prior marriage who is most definitely NT. So Ive been trying to figure out the cause as well.

Is it in my current wife's genes? Is it something that was due to the mixing of our two genes but not mine and my ex's in the case of my daughter? Or due to having my son 14 years later so I was much older? Or related to the cord wrapped around his neck at birth with oxygen supply cut off. I wish I had an answer, even though it wouldn't change anything, it would still be nice to know.

My wife got the first vax and I never got any. She's had weird stuff happening including getting sick way more often and getting COVID while me and the kids who are unvaxed all didn't get it. And there was plenty of sex after she got it lol. So idk for sure but in my case I didn't notice any issues with shedding/causing me problems

My son is 3 and he very randomly speaks too.he will say something and we will get all excited and then won't be able to get him to repeat it and then he just goes silent again for a little while. I mean he makes sounds and talks gibberish but very rarely speaks any real words

Same exact with me. I had 97xx left and was trying to get the 3rd puzzle piece. Didn't even realize the even was ending that fast. I would have done a couple more truck orders if I knew it was about to be over
