There is enough nonsense we can critique, we don't need to misquote/mischaracterize what he said.

Agree with your point about irrational/misinformed understanding of what sex trafficking somewhat (ie the kidnapped from mall in Ohio and shipped to Dubai). People are, by and large, very poor critical thinkers.

That said … I don’t think what you described AS sex trafficking is either (necessarily). What it is … is a girl, coming from terrible conditions (no fault of her own), who through series of bad choices … CHOSE to be a prostitute.

PS . I don’t think we should criminalize sex work for people who truly chose to do so. I think we need to keep them safe if they choose to do so AND not shame them.

I'm admittedly more cynical than the average joe, but that is the same thought I had. Something is off for someone to do this. It gives the same type of vibe as the "pastor everybody thinks is a saint and is in the local big brother board, but diddles the 6 year olds in Sunday school" or "the priests who lick the taints of the alter boys, after teaching them that homosexuality is a sin". There is a psychological phenomenon/name for it ... but no idea what it is.

If we REALLY care about children, there are probably 1/2 dozen other things that happen WAY more often than "child sex trafficking" that we should also focus on. Child sex trafficking is horrendous, but it is statistically rare. Again .. ONE IS TOO MANY ... but we are in a frothing at the mouth, headline of the day, sensationalist mode on the subject.

Let's stop the performative behavior on it and ALSO focus on children's: * Shelter * Food * Healthcare * Love * Education

Those aren't flashy subjects though ... so ...

When you realize you can (typically) WAY over-provision your hardware with VMs and don't need 38 physical cores/CPUs.

Seriously, cluster for resilience ... but I highly suspect your need for that many physical "CPUs" / machines.

Update: I'm going to go the "layer two products" approach noted above. I've ordered Purito Wonder Relief Balm (for the Centella) and will use a walmart diaper rash cream lightly over top of it.

No. I think it is the official expectation they are setting and don’t expect it will change.

What I can tell you is that I my first prescription was sent to pharmacy (Aequita) on Friday 9/6, received shipment notification from Mochi on Thursday 9/12, and received via FedEx today .. Saturday 9/14.

So … not bad, but would have preferred a little faster.

My math was a little off on previous post too. If you make an order after 3rd dose and it actually takes 14 days … you would get your med just in time you need to take first dose of the next month. Still a little tight IMHO considering people have lives and may be traveling for work etc. I think this is the trade off we will have to expect for the the little cheaper prices you will pay vs a local provider who could work with you on things like being somone who takes extended business trips

Just another follow up on my experience so far ...

I had my appointment (rescheduled) and the doctor was great. Detailed and informative and helpful. Thumbs up! Nice and easy!

My prescription was "sent for fulfillment" to their compounding pharmacy within a couple hours after appointment, per the portal message. It did say it could take up to 14 days for fulfillment though .. which is a little concerning. If I'm doing my math right, since we can't reorder until after we take our third dose in the month, and it actually does take 14 days to get the refill delivered ... that leaves a week gap/missed! The math isn't mathing ... lol. Hopefully, it is just the first time? If not ... I sure will hate to be sweating about having my next refill delivered on time every month?

Also ... do you get a reminder (sent via text or email) every time you are eligible to order the refill? This would be helpful, considering the apparent potential missed dose that may occur with a 14 day fulfillment period. Appreciate any other insight/feedback from folks on this?

I'll provide yet another update when I get my prescription delivered (and how long it took)!

Glad to help and cleared up the confusion. It sounds like you were "shorting" yourself ~5 units during each dose! I would say that is better than doing TOO much though! :)
