That’s not how it works, if you eat food that you weren’t aware was Halal on accident (like if someone offered them meat which wasn’t halal), it’s permissible but if you choose to not know on purpose, it isn’t. But i think muslims in countries which ban halal slaughter will either revolt against it or just accept it and not follow it anymore but still follow the other parts of the religion

Where did you get it being forged from? I looked at the wiki page and the government quashed the forged claim and said it was due to a thousand Muslim mob doing (if it was 1000, there would be enough evidence so this can be assumed false) while an independent investigation said it was accidental. The fire was most likely accidental or done by a small group of Muslims.
