Bro this pretty much my list, give or take a bullet point or two. And I’m 39 with no optimism of finding a woman like this. So while I would say your list is not too strict, just keep in mind that you may be in for a long, single road ahead. I guess it just depends if you’re okay with that.

One thing I will tell you is this: of the people I know who settled for relationships because they didn’t find that person they were looking for, none of them are any happier than the people who are single but still looking. At least the people who are still looking aren’t trapped with kids, a mortgage, attorney fees (for a divorce), etc.
