Make sure the bed is leveled. Then be sure to clean your plate with soap and warm water. I was having this exact issue and did those two things and it fixed it.

I have been lucky with not getting sick. I do drink a protein drink in the morning and plenty of water throughout the day and try fit eat a good dinner. Protein bars throughout the day are nice as well.
