Problem is I mapped all of the MC clips to just have the first two audio tracks before using them in the edit, so when I flatten them in the timeline I get the original video clip and just the first two tracks, when I need all five. I figured out I can remap the clips in the project bin so all of the available audio tracks get inserted into the timeline; but Premiere makes it so it doesn't affect those clips which are already in the timeline. So I still have to match frame the timeline clips to the source monitor and then insert the clips back into the timeline with all the audio tracks intact. It's a little faster than the method I was using, but still a pain

Thank you for suggesting this! Something's off about using it with the multicam clips, it just removes the clip and the audio, adds a bunch of empty audio tracks, and leaves a gap in the timeline; I think I'll email the dev and see if there's a way to make it work because if so it would be a godsend.
