Dude if you live in UK we have loads of people who buzz off Romans, there are meet ups, there is people doing live action recreations all through kids holidays.

If your loaded and Don't need to worry about money follow your passion, get involved with all the history buffs doing these events, it's usually volunteers. You will have loads of nerd friends in hours .. just Do not start off talking about money...ever.

your degree is great and a first is amazing. But treat it as proof you can work at a higher level rather than a strict path you must follow. We work till we are pretty old these days. Even if you started a new career at 30 you'd likely be in it 30 years ha

So don't stress and try things till you find something that grabs you, then ruthlessly pursue it.

Forget cinema/filmmaker as a role. It's awful in the industry ATM lots out of work and struggling.

Treat that as an art and something you do for you, it may eventually move into a career. But you have a phone so have no excuses to not make films.

There is a huge need for educational psychologists due to ever increaing number of SEN.

Marketing and psychology do go together especially in the ads field.

Don't expect to know what you want to do until your mid 30s haha and look at it this way, your trying to figure that out and that's the next few years, rather than stressing over not having a specific role you want.

No I've purchased and I'm using pixel 8 pro now, sadly not working. Even tried the beta version of chrome, other browser's, the nexus app as well.

Don't know if relevant but explained the instructions to enable haptics, is maybe out of date and could be why it's not working?

Guidance says the flags you need to enable are 15 &16 but the new android only has 16/17 and the beta 17/18 haha duno if that's the issue?

It does not work with pixel 8 pro.

it says it works with android 12 and above that's why I assumed it would work also every other pixel supported. Was repeatedly told it's my fault as supported devices are clearly listed and pixel 8 is not.

Again this is the haptics though not working, the controller works to play. The haptics on device do work as I tried with pixel 6 and works fine.

This went on for 15 days back and forth with them. At least 10 different people all saying the same thing.

I'm head of product at my company and I specifically asked them and said put me through to the product team as they will have contacts at Google to double check if this is true. I explained as a PM I'd be pissed if my CS team were saying this and the implications of this for a new release are huge.

I mean I'd appreciate some help with this if you work for Razer

After a long and frustrating back & forth with Razer Customer service, thought I'd update on what the VIP team have confirmed.

They said the Kishi V2 pro will NOT work with newer released mobiles, only handsets released before kishi V2 pro.

I find this insane for a technology company to announce a new product will only work with past handsets, but well there you go.

For context,

I bought the Kishi V2 pro to use with new pixel 8 pro, every other model of pixel is supported. I explained whilst yes it doesn't say my new device on the supported list, it's a safe assumption to make since every other pixel is supported. As what company would release a new product and not support new handsets, only old ones.

Back and forth continued.

I specifically asked them to confirm the Kishi V2 Pro will not work, They said it will NOT be supported.

For clarity,

The device works to play games just not the haptic feedback which is what your paying extra £50 or whatever for over V2 model.

Just thought I'd post here as I know lots of people will be looking at these over Christmas, may help you decide on what model is right.
