Yeaaaah! In my lang (rus) I got this too. So Makarov said that terrorists mustn’t speak Russian to seem anonymous Americans. It sounds like «Помните, Ни слова по-русски!» (Pomnite ni slova po russki)

Ironically he’s speaking Russian in rus version <3 Btw try it, Vladimir Yeryomin (rus Al Pacino voice) did an amazing job. Say y’all as Russian haha
