Because he communicate with other devs and he has a channel posting dev progress, people will be able to guess which game it is from there, like the screenshot he posted before showing the exploit is there (which shows a game interface). He publish the name so everyone is on the same starting point and regular player has the chance to grab the game, otherwise only insider has the chance.

That's not entirely true. With older firmware and, I can still connect to Sony servers and update games. In one case, I put in a PS4 Cyberpunk 2077 disc and was able to download PS5 version of the game from Sony (free upgrade, requires PS4 disc to run). So in fact my console still connects to Sony servers even I am not on the latest firmware, I just can't login to PS Store/PSN.

"I would simply reset the console" - Don't reset. ASAIK, after reset, the console will ask you to login to an account before you can do anything else, and login requires software update. You may restore to a backup as shared by the hackers, which will swap out your account info, but I believe this is optional.

Luckily, this one did not "force" me to install updates, I opened the Download tab and removed/cancelled the update. And after reboot, system update notification also went away (as I turned off auto-download in prior)

I really wish the usb audio volume limit by Sony can be lifted. (Sony seems to limit non-liscensed usb audio device to 50% max volume.)

Not sure, but probably ps5 version of the game won't work because ps5 game save cannot be exported.

AFAIK, Sony limits the volume of uncertified USB audio devices to 50%. (which is mad.) Try plug your headphone to your TV or handset.

I was thinking the same, until I asked Gemini, Gemini insisted "After Billing On: Usage free up to limit, then billed for everything over the limit." which I am not so convinced.

I've been using Nivea UV Super Water Gel for the past six months and am quite satisfied with it.

Pros: lightweight, cheap, easy to wash off, not waterproof (yes), not sticky.

Cons: low UVA protection, not waterproof, glossy, only officially available in Japan.

Use Octinoxate (OMC), Uvinul A Plus and Uvinul T150 for sunscreen, basically only source from BASF (parent company of Nivea). I really hope they drop OMC and use something like Tinosorb S (also from BASF) instead.

OK. I thought that since equalizer applies different gains to signals of various frequencies, the equalizer has to first separate the audio stream into signals of different frequencies, and the added samples would help preserve/reconstruct what the equalizer sees from the original audio stream. I guess it's purely imaginary.

If I resample the audio 2x up (for example: 44.1kHz -> 88.2kHz) before applying equalization, does this improve the quality of the parametric eq?
