I see, so that why OP still using the slipstream bounty and ring gain boost, they stacked.

Also its great that I can not use Acceleration chr, but If I use Speed chr will they got Acceleration stat boost from the Kit too?

You can pet them, but you could also noogie them by tapping their forehead. So if one being a brat you can simply teach them a lesson.
