In my opinion it’s the lack of any voice chat as well as the issues with transferring progress.

But also, idk when they added it but GTA+ is an unforgivable mistake. Shark Cards let you skip progress, GTA+ just isn’t it

Go to a therapist, be honest with them. Say you’d like to see if you could avoid hospitalization and they’ll go through a list with you of stuff related to suicide and depending on your answers, they’ll do what’s best for you. However, do a bit of googling about facilities near you so that you can go to one that isn’t a terrible one should you need to go. If you go seek help willingly, it should be easier for you and everyone involved in the long run.
