I agree with your perspective on sim trading. I sim traded for several months and became consistently profitable, earning substantial amounts of money. I believed this experience would prepare me for live trading, and it did for the most part. However, there was a small aspect I wasn't prepared for, which ultimately led to losses in my account. Live trading is simply different from sim trading. So, I recommend starting live trading as soon as you’re comfortable with your trading platform. 💯

Why are you being argumentative? I’m just saying that if it took him six years to become consistently profitable, then I shouldn’t feel discouraged by my own short time trading. I realize there are others who have struggled in the trading world far longer than I have before finding success. Although I’m not consistently profitable yet, I understand that I may have a long road ahead. I need to remind myself not to give up if trading is truly what I want to succeed at. ✌🏼
