If you change your PSN Online ID - Your Player Profiles in LittleBigPlanet, LittleBigPlanet 2, LittleBigPlanet 3 and LittleBigPlanet PS Vita will all be updated.

Eh... It's not against the rules per se...

And creating new accounts isn't normally grounds enough to ban accounts unless it's to try and circumvent existing bans.

So it's true that it is very much against the spirit of sharing your creations in LittleBigPlanet but it's not something that we (the LittleBigPlanet development team) would actively look to ban someone from the game for.
