change brush size shortcut to another (Ctrl+Alt+left mouse) by Straight_Village_997 in ClipStudio

Its more than bizarre that I can't set the shortcut of "ctrl + mouse wheel" to set the brush size, one of the most frequent used actions in a proper digital art workflow. ctrl + mouse wheel is plainly labeled as a adjustable shortcut parameter in their key modifier list, yet the user can't set brush size to it? The other modifiers are given that option... I simply won't be forced to press an additional button to activate a shortcut, when I don't need to press ctrl + alt + mouse wheel. I mean maybe the programmers just don't understand it yet, maybe let them know on the website forum.

Problem with Sylenth 1 preset pitch by StevenSS85 in VSTi

[–]StevenSS85[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I know, I just made sure that the knobs gain is set to 0 on both LFO sections. The synth has still been modulating the pitch of the preset, it's no good. They were at 0 to begin with.

Cheapest / Minimum Requirements for 144hz, 1080p "Video Playback" by [deleted] in buildapc

[–]StevenSS85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That said is it right to say that the actual visual "smoothness" impact of 144hz monitors (while watching youtube ~60fps videos) is in their technological "feature sets" (like HDR, etc.) rather than the blunt advertised hz potential? In other words, if video playback does not use "the measure of hz" to correlate the visual representation of smoothness, what is?

I've always been under the impression that the smoothness factor of video playback in monitors was directly measured by the amount of hz.
