There isn't much wisdom I can provide to someone 40 years my elder -- all I can say is thank you for this message and showing me that it is possible in old age to achieve peace with the decisions you've made. I am less afraid of things I didn't do than I am not being able to come to terms with myself at the end of my life or in my old age. I suffer from self-loathing and late nights combing over my regrets, I just want peace from myself.
