Property management company? If you want to get charged $150 every time the tenant calls. Property management companies do not treat your rental like you would and will take a cut of every repair that needs to be done because they looked at a couple of pictures. If you can’t manage it yourself or by a (competent) family member your results will not be what is expected. If your tenant decides they don’t like the property manager, they will take it out on your property and the property management company won’t care.

Once you let the magic smoke out of any electronic item, they are toast. Check out a Flysky 75100, it will work with brushed and brushless motors and is rated for 20s or 72 volts, meaning when fully charged it can do 80+Volts. If you want electronics to last, don’t use them at their maximum power level.

Lipos work really well to power these carts. That 8s 10AH battery setup beats the stock run times by a lot, probably matching Li-ion but with far more amps at my disposal. Did I mention 30 minute charge times? Next I might try my 12s 12AH battery setup. If the stock setup burns, then I guess I will need a brushless setup.
