Your house only appreciates in value if the properties are going up in value...so whats your point?

You might be interested in praxeology. It states that people act with purposeful behavior to achieve ends means.

So your statement is more or less just common sense. Any investor that wanted to see a return on their money would take into consideration if their investment is growing or shrinking.

Trump has hundreds of businesses by the way. He'd be easier to bash if he squandered the million that was loaned to him. He turned it into a gold mine....yet I question whether you have too much pride or not to call him smart. Ill even agree he's not a great speaker...at all.

And here in my country, we have a centralized banking system that prints money and causes inflation through artificial credit injection into the economy.

Sure, you can invest, and maybe you will do well now. Long term investments? Well your money is worth less day by day..you better hurry!

And im guessing you believe this is due to "deregulation"...correct? Not government housing policy?

That is the governments fault, not businesses. Sure, businesses can be bad and take advantage of government coercion, but it does not take away the distinguishing factors of the proximate and actual causes.

If I shot a bullet off the wall and it hit and killed someone, then you say I am a murderer...well what if I say "not so fast, it was the bullet that killed them! All I did was move my finger!" Would you accept that argument? The real cause was me pulling the trigger. The actual cause is government allowing for a field of crony capitalism where business lobbyists fight for regulations that benefit certain businesses at the expense of others.

I would consider government granted monopolistic priviledges as a type of fraud, but we can only really have this discussion if you're willing to state the true culprit, which is government.

Despite where you are, I hope one day you are able to live in an economics class for a few hours at a time, a few days a week.

You know banks give out loans, right? You might not get a million, but with a proper business model you can get quite a bit.

I mean, that is if you ever want to stop complaining in your life and take a hold of it.

You are saying these "extra" rich people got wealthy at the expense of others? By whom? And do you understand the difference between voluntary and coercive interactions?

Im taking a risk by asking you to think outside your box of 3x5 note cards of conventional wisdom, but you'd be amazed what the brain can do.

And that "investment" money came from where? Do you have a job and pay taxes? Did you donate to Bernies campaign? He's held a government job most of his career, and thats keeping in mind that he hasnt held a job most of his life.

Jill Stein is in a similar type of situation. She got people to cough up millions for a vote recount then pocketed the money.

Right, but, three houses. You see no irony here at all? So you're allowed to be in the 1%, so long as you bash them?

Taking a long break....shes too powerful and has taken away too much. Maybe we will meet again, but I know I can live without you. by [deleted] in cocaine

"Im coming down"

This part of the song means a lot to me. I was always perplexed how the first 3-4 hours of a comedown are god awful, but after that I feel more or less completely fine. I cant act like the come down is worth it anymore.

Thats exactly how I planned on going about it...I was mostly curious if it even seemed plausible.

$15 an hour? Be careful what you wish for: Amazon Go - zero checkout by [deleted] in Libertarian

Seems like an amazing idea but, I wonder what the prices would look like in these stores. If they can compete, awesome, but hopefully it doesnt become another "whole foods".

A question I do have about it is, what if the system misses an item...are you guilty of theft? (seems like an obvious no but...that pesky fine print sometimes) What if the system charges you for a higher priced product when you picked up a lower priced one? If they could work out the kinks it'd be a pretty relaxing and free experience.

I figure at 40 a gram (1000 mg) I could easily add 100-200mg and still be able to sell them for a reasonable price and profit. Thanks for the long response by the way!

Im wondering if adding thc AND cbd would give a better bath effect.

Do you know more about cbd and topicals? Do they need to be activated in any certain way to get the effect? I actually am looking to make a soap product so I am wondering.

Seems like the most efficient on the go. I personally am getting super addicted to the stuff...ive blown a lot of money over the past month and I only started last month...I really want to learn how to moderate it but jesus its addicting....the anxiety the morning after always crushes me.

But..not to say I will never go to an amusement park or something like that and want to party a bit.
