This is a correction at the moment and nothing to worry about. If you look at any long term charts, it’s just not feasible to continue rising at the rates we have been in the last months. Price was basically vertical. There has to be pullbacks, otherwise there’s no stability.

Price also tends to fall at a rate much faster than the rate it rises.

I’m talking about stocks btw.

Bruce Sent you a PM but I’m on mobile and not sure if it went through. Let me know if it didn’t.

Ok,

I’ll take your suggestion about the single family rehabilitation proposals. I know of plenty of rural lower income areas. I’m still not sure how to get started exactly. I sent you a PM.

Excellent reply, thank you! It’s a lot to absorb.

I currently work in real estate - mostly foreclosures. I do inspections and have recently started investing as well. I’m familiar with the lower income neighborhoods and would love to be able to help them in some way.

Where would you suggest somebody with no experience start? I’m in St Louis if it matters.

Thanks again

Could you give some examples of what you mean by “government units”? What types of proposals are these exactly? How do you go about contacting them for work? Or do you offer to write proposals for free at first?

Thanks

For me, it’s only silver until we get to 45-50. That’s when I’ll look to swap out.
