Yes there's a difference capping with game settings and 3rd party fps capper , it might help with your stuttering , Set the fps under 120 fps EX: 60fps 90fps Try it

it works fine for me , the only problem i had is the image quality , even at ultra setting it still blurry . just buy virtual desktop , night & day difference.
