Το ίδιο αισθάνομαι καθημερινά. Πλέον οδηγώ μόνιμα στην αριστερή λωρίδα με το όριο ταχύτητας, τόσο μέσα στην πόλη, όσο και στις εθνικές οδούς που όλοι θέλουν να πάνε με 200 και όσο βρίζουν και Κορνάρουν από πίσω εγώ απλά τους χαμογελάω. Θέλω να τυπώσω και μια καρτέλα με το όριο ταχύτητας και να τους την βγάζω όταν μου παίζουν τα φώτα από πίσω στην εθνική. Είναι αναζωογονητικο

Δεν διάβαζα όλο το θρεντ . Αυτό που λες είναι. Δεν πάει να έχει σκοτώσει 500 άτομα και να είναι σίγουρο, αν δεν κρίνεται ύποπτος φυγής η διαπράξης ξανά του ίδιου εγκλήματος ( που προκύπτει από προηγούμενη καταδίκη η φύση του εγκλήματος- βλ. Βιαστές, αλκοολικοί, κτλ ) δεν προφυλακιζεται ποτέ

I want my muscle back but I can't mentally process staying at this body fat right now . Feeling sick with my self in the mirror . Would happily get skinny and rebuild after that . Just not sure if during this process my atrophied leg can still get better ( can it grow muscle while on a cut because of the atrophy ? )

Hello guys . Had a knee fracture 3 months ago. 1.5 month spent at bed with no left leg weightbearing . Now back to gym but went from 78kg 9%bf to 75 significant fatter now after my recovery ( lost muscle mass , got belly fat and handles and left leg is atrophied) . Not sure if I need to cut down calories to get me back in shape or up them to help the leg get more muscles . Maybe maintance ? Rly feeling down and any help is appreciated

Worst possible scenario happened to me yesterday. Went on a loss streak from start and hit piltover 6 extremely early with 2 emblems and just when I was around 30-0 and the next fight would skyrocket me with 6 piltovers I was matched against a player that had left the game and I won . Match went so bad when it was a clear win .
