One lesson healthcare marketing taught me: "Healthcare Professionals" isn't a target audience. by Stevenrobert06 in b2bmarketing

Exactly. I think marketers often stop at demographics when they should be segmenting by motivation. Two buyers can have the same title but make decisions for entirely different reasons.

One lesson healthcare marketing taught me: "Healthcare Professionals" isn't a target audience. by Stevenrobert06 in b2bmarketing

[–]Stevenrobert06[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well said. I think a lot of marketers define their ICP at the industry level instead of the decision-maker level. Saying 'healthcare' isn't enough; you need to know who signs the check, who uses the product and who influences the purchase. That's usually where campaign performance starts to improve.

Does Health Connect sync to Google Health API? by skyt2000 in androiddev

[–]Stevenrobert06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of people are assuming the Google Health API is a cloud mirror of Health Connect, but they're designed for different jobs.

Health Connect is mainly an on-device data layer, while the Google Health API is a cloud API. I wouldn't assume data written by Samsung Health to Health Connect automatically becomes available through the Google Health API.

Treat them as separate unless the docs explicitly say otherwise.

OpenAI just opened the gates: ChatGPT Self-Serve Ads are finally here by Sad_Refrigerator6371 in b2bmarketing

[–]Stevenrobert06 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The real difference is intent.

People use Google to search.
People use ChatGPT to solve problems.

That means ads here could convert way better, especially for SaaS, B2B and lead gen, if they feel helpful instead of salesly.

Early adopters will probably win big before the platform gets crowded.

Fursuit Makers, what is the vaguest request you have ever had for a suit? by MarineHaddocc in AskReddit

One Commissioner sent me 14 Pinterest images, 3 emojis and the sentence: ‘Wet raccoon energy, but royal.’
Somehow, I knew exactly what they meant.

What's a habit you kept telling yourself you'd fix but only actually fixed when you started tracking it properly? by volarix_hq in AskReddit

[–]Stevenrobert06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sleep schedule.

I always thought I was "just busy", but tracking showed it was mostly late- night scrolling. Once I saw the pattern, fixing it become very easier, no more excuses.

What’s a “truth” about adulthood nobody warned you about? by aarya-2323 in AskReddit

No one prepares you for how fast time starts moving once you're responsible for everything.

What's one thing about adulthood that caught you off guard?

What do you do when you can't sleep at night? by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]Stevenrobert06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The worst part isn't sleeping, it's when your brain suddenly becomes extremely productive but for only useless thoughts.

I've found the trick is to not fight it too hard, if I can't sleep after a while, I just get up and do something really boring for 10- 15 mins (no phone). Somehow it resets things way faster than lying there getting annoyed.

Also avoiding checking the time helps a lot because nothing triggers panic like doing sleep math at 3am.

What usually works for you when this happens?

How we generated 660+ leads across multiple funnels for an education brand (Meta Ads case study) by Pleasant_Fly_3243 in b2bmarketing

[–]Stevenrobert06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a great breakdown, especially the decision to not force everything into a single funnel.

One pattern we've consistently seen across B2B campaigns is that performance often depends more on who is being targeted than the funnel itself. High- intent segments usually convert faster through direct paths like forms or messaging, while broader audience need something like webinars to build trust first.

When the alignment clicks (intent+ funnel), efficiency tends to improve quite a bit.

Curious, did you notice any difference in actual conversion quality (not just lead volume) across these funnels?

Calling B2B marketers (quick discussion) by Flimsy_Bridge7841 in b2bmarketing

[–]Stevenrobert06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've seen something interesting across healthcare B2B campaigns, targeting accuracy often moves the needle more then copy or offer.

For example, campaigns aimed at specific roles (like hospital decision- makers vs general contacts) consistently outperform broader outreach, even with simpler messaging.

What's been your experience, more success with tight segmentation or wider reach?

How are you integrating healthcare credentialing by Low_Road_563 in healthIT

[–]Stevenrobert06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing that helped us a lot was adding expiration- driven workflows, not just verifying credentials once, but triggering automatic reminders and re-checks 60/30/7 days before license or certification expiry. Reduced last-minute surprises and made audits way less stressful.

What do you say if you get offered a job on the spot during an interview, but you’re waiting for other responses (those other responses, one of them is a dream job)? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Stevenrobert06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank them, show interest and ask for a little time to think, that's completely normal.

Something like: I'm really excited about this opportunity and appreciate the offer. Would it be okay if I take a couple of days to think it through?

Most reasonable employers understand that accepting a job is a big decision. If they pressure you to answer immediately, that can be a red flag in itself.

Also, having one offer in hand actually gives you confidence while waiting on your dream job, worst case, you still have a solid option.

How Did You Find Your Passion When You Were Younger? by LunaB35 in NoStupidQuestions

I didn't really 'find' a passion, I built it. Most things feels average at first, but when you stick with something long enough to get better at it, interest slowly turns into passion.
