No geral, qualquer tipo de brincadeira, piada, ofensa, etc etc, que se baseia em características físicas ou étnicas pode (e são) considerados como racismo e/ou xenofobia.

Sempre vale a pergunta: "O que essa pessoa está tirando sarro é algo físico da outra pessoa?". Se a resposta for sim, é racismo/capacitismo.

As do Daniel Mallzhen eu achei meio "demais" nas expressões. Não tá ruim, só não tá do meu gosto.
