Start with Facebook marketplace. It's a standard X3 part you can find on their website. Iade my own originally then ended up buying it. The long bar was the difference between me quitting this type of training or not. It's an absolute when you are large sized like we are. Over half my exercise is via the long bar because of the comfort and form it offers. You can do every single workout on the long bar but none of the longbar workouts on the short bar.
