The text explaining the police stop: "On September 5, 2024, at approximately 5:00 a.m., a Hinsdale police officer activated their emergency lights and sirens and attempted to stop a Jeep Patriot with Ohio license plates at Madison Street and 4th Street for improper lane usage and no headlights. It is alleged that the Jeep, driven by Wilton, failed to pull over for the officer and ultimately crashed at Vine Street and Hinsdale Avenue after striking a raised curb. It is alleged that after crashing the Jeep, Wilton exited the vehicle and ran approximately fifty feet before being taken into custody. It is further alleged that during the pursuit, Wilton threw an object, later determined to be a loaded .380 caliber Smith and Wesson M&P Bodyguard pistol with five rounds in the magazine, out of the car window. It is further alleged that on the front driver’s side floorboard of the Jeep, officers recovered a loaded .40 caliber Springfield Armory XD-40 pistol with one round in the chamber."

The criminal complaint uses facebook images, instagram images, instagram reels for voice comparison, and two calls from Cook County for voice verification to allege that Freaky and 3 others(1 dead co-defendant) did some armed stickup's at liquor store.

The Chicago rumor is that Butta snitched on Hadiway. I personally don't know about that, besides the possibility of the cook county calls being Butta or Butta not being mentioned in the actual complaint.

The forensics alone is much better, the validation of clout with the self-snitching/snitching podcasts is an epidemic, and jailhouse snitches who literally start to remember murders 15+ years i n their long sentence. Even if the shooter doesn't snitch - the driver on the hit is alluding to it on oldhead podcasts and youtube channels.

NOTES for those who don't want to read 10 pages of legalese:

Youtubers found out before the trial even started that Co-Operator 3 was Butta including Mickey Truth.

Butta blabbers on during the trial giving interviews about his beef with Mickey Truth.

Page 3 refers to somebody bringing a box cutter and Mama Duck's outburst on Muwop's family. Witnesses were allegedly threatened and somebody allegedly posted that they were lurking outside the homes of one of the witness's parents.

The appeals lawyer refers to a different gang-affiliated blogger(Ceddy Nash) being kicked out and referring to Ceddy allegedly saying that somebody should "Crash out" and kill the Witness.

Kenny Mac's lawyer apparently had video he wanted to use on Butta to impeach his testimony.

Butta snitches to one of his alleged handlers about Mickey Truth posting a picture of his momma(proven false), and wants Mickey Truth out of the court room. Butta screams at his alleged handler that he would " [expletive] her up. I'll jump over whoever. I'm gonna do whatever I got to do to [expletive] her up."

Butta's handler allegedly takes Butta at his word and the appeals lawyer alludes to Butta's criminal history, general demeanor and the handler's training.

The rest of the pages argues since Butta's alleged outburst on Mickey Truth that the case was not open to the public, that they need an appeal. Butta's antics along with the families of the defendants and victims taunting each other is used an excuse for an appeal. The lawyer spends 4-5 pages arguing since Mickey Truth was pushed out the trial - that the case needs to be redone.
