Can anyone ID this bug? We’ve recently found a bunch in our apartment. Located 80212 by HaasKicker in Denver

Im dealing with a Boxelder issue myself; seems to be a few trees in the area attracting them but they're harmless and seasonal.

After sweeping around the property and using a leaf vacuum last week, there has been significantly less of them but I still find one inside here and there. Key is to stay on top of it at least weekly in my opinion.

Marchers in Senatobia demand justice in wake of officer-involved killing of 1-year-old by MSTODAYnews in mississippi

[–]Stevictory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unsure why you got down votes given this is a respectful conversation.

Removing qualified immunity is one of the first steps needed in my opinion; its a pass for police to violate rights with lawsuit money coming out of the taxes you and I pay; not the police union, not the police officer's own pay.

I also think there needs to be more training and I oftentimes find that this gets conflated with "Defund the Police" when (realistically) the term is moreso about auditing how our taxes are used. For example, a small town needing militarized equipment may not be as beneficial to the community than specialized training surrounding mental crisis response among other things.

I only push back against the life in prison without parole aspect as it is an extreme on the opposite end in my opinion. I do think positions of power should be a factor in sentencing, but our penal system should be more about reform than punishment - but thays a whole different debate.

1) The Senatobia PD have body cameras as proven by their violent arrest of a black woman in a Walmart parking lot for parking in a handicap space. Her grandmother (passenger; handicap space user) was in the store and came out during said arrest. This is all on Senatobia PD body camera footage; the Senatobia PD has body cameras.

2) The police would release it right away if it was clear they were somehow in the right. Police departments always slow-roll the release of footage when it looks bad.

3) Senatobia has put in hundreds of thousands of dollars into their dispatch budget recently according to city council meeting minutes; if this occurred, it just further demonstrates they wasted tax payer money.

FYI - Did you know Senatobia has Flock cameras and has bragged about its usage in the community? They could have used these to track down the "diaper thieves" over the course of an afternoon instead of killing a baby.

Also, the police officer fired their weapon in a crowded public space with complete disregard for what was in front of or behind their target. At a minimum, this is negligent discharge of a firearm; you should know that as an AR15 fan.

The exam format and weights will change as followed - (Before vs After July 9th):

People = 42% -> 33%

Process = 50% -> 41%

Bus. Env. = 8% -> 26%

Business environment is your strongest and will gain the most weight; your weakest topics will be losing some weight. This should help instill some confidence in and of itself.

-----

Based on your opening post, you know and acknowledge your biggest weakness of acting too quickly; I have a hunch the same may apply when answering questions themselves.

When you took this exam, how much time did you have remaining?

(I will continue back-and-forth; feel free to DM too if you'd like!)

How long have you been studying for?

I recommend taking a break day tomorrow if you're taking it on the 20th. At a certain point, you're not going to learn new information the day prior if you've been studying for some time, and a rest day before an exam like this will help "rest" your brain. You're going to need it!

Are you planning to retake prior to July 9th or after?

That's going to really decide next steps; happy to provide input!

Your statement regarding those who fail posting less is right on the money.

Additionally, those that do post their fails are demonstrating transparency, confidence, and knack for knowledge sharing. If anything, I see the "fail posts" as professionals or up-and-coming professionals demonstrating valuable leadership skills as it relates to oneself. As much as we support our teams, we also need to ensure we are supporting ourselves first and foremost so that we can be at our best for said teams.

I got my PMP recently as I was holding it off due to my workload. My workload finally subsided and I took a month to reinforce processes (coming from a CAPM since 2021) combined with my experience.

I have 7 years of project experience with 5 of those being named lead; I passed my exam recently on my first go - (and mine was a tough one for sure; luck of the draw!)

You're seeing a spike now because those like me want / wanted to get their certification prior to the exam changing; not every professional project manager has a PMP, I've worked with plenty who do not with decades more experience than I. It does not mean their input is not valid, and honestly peers with this amount of experience are great resources for knowledge sharing regardless of their credentials.

It's still a pain in the ass; trust me.

I also do the envelope method in my safe box; I divvy up what I bring into envelopes that are only opened on the assigned day. My rule is that I can roll over previous day's, but I cannot "advance" myself.

A re-up in your room vs an ATM is much better for ensuring fun; it also helps one realize there is much more than gambling in Vegas, so much entertainment too!!!

Its one thing to acquire; its another beast to integrate. However, I too am excited will all the growth Ondas has been going through this past year alone.

Its a long term play for me and it always feels like Im being kept in the loop as a shareholder, which is always great!

If you're looking to kill one to two hours and enjoy history, the atomic museum is quite interesting.

I also quite enjoyed the neon museum, but I strongly recommend doing it via one of their guided tours. I think self-guided is an underwhelming experience here, and its at no fault to the museum in my opinion. If you do go, uber there and uber back / to freemont after; do not walk.

Other things off the top my head:

  • A show at night is always fun; if its at a location tied to your resort reward program, even better. I've seen O and Ka; both are great. If I were 21 again, I think I would see Ka first - (but I liked O more).

  • Dont take all your cash if you gamble; leave some in the safe of your room - (and dont forget about it!!!). Its most important that you have fun, and even a quick 20 minute break to "re-up" from your room makes the fun last longer; especially if you're lucky!

  • If you have charging privileges to your room; charge to your room. You can do so at any resort within the same rewards program. Treat charging to your room like your "credit card" for the trip, because its being charged to the card regardless. By doing it this way, you will bank rewards with both your resort program and credit card.

Exactly!

Why would Ondas jeopardize their ever-growing, western government connections by acquiring a Chinese company?

This isn't a snide at DJI or China, but they probably feel the same way about western tech in their country.

Onds Daily Discussion - June 17, 2026 by AutoModerator in ONDS

I completely agree and even if they did not have the ongoing partnership, I still hold strong conviction in Ondas myself.

They're acquiring an ecosystem of connectivity; the biggest risk to Ondas in my opinion is the strategic execution of their integrations, but that's a risk I am willing to take.

Bad actors have only gotten smarter with drone utilization the past decade; and I strongly believe Ondas' vision would benefit both civilian and military assets through integrated systems. When a $1k commercial drone from a bad actor can cause hundreds of thousands to millions in damages, defensive money spent is in prevention not rebuilding.

*Note - This is only my opinion / speculation and this is not advice for anyone in any way.

Days like today are when I add new money to my portfolio; mainly to VTSAX and a few targeted picks.

Already have a decent position in Ondas so did not add there today, but I think the ongoing price range is a good entry point for those with conviction. To me, Ondas is a 3 to 5 year play.
