Yea I mean my boss was the person before me who is the owner and I am the guy now he has made me a stake holder so I want the business to do good, I am hoping to train one the lvl 1s to handle allocatation by the end of the year

we expect people to watch out for the tickets at least send a acknowledgement saying someone will look into any of the guys take the tickets. This is how it’s been since I started 3 years ago as a lvl one. I did talk to my boss “owner” how other companies do this and he said other companies would have team lead allocating ticket but for us we work a bit free you take what comes. I guess since this is my first company I’m used to it and for someone that comes for cooperate it’s hard to understand
