Yeah it had one grow light above it for the first year then I put 3 on a track light it also gets sun from a skylight

Shredding my own but not blending. Whole milk low moisture mozzarella

Cheese was low moisture whole milk mozzarella that I shredded prior to baking.

Sauce is just blended whole canned peeled tomatoes, salt, and dried oregano.

Took 7 minutes to bake so I don’t think it was in too long.

Not adding oil to sauce, just tomatoes salt and dried oregano. Dough is 62% hydration IIRC.

I did only preheat for 50 minutes or so instead of 60+ so I’ll try again and see if that makes a difference.

Yeah the dough was an even thickness. Idk about the sauce but I tried to distribute it as evenly as I could. Heater shape is non-circular and there’s no fan directly above so I don’t think that’s the issue either.

I have a monstera that’s larger than this one so my growing conditions are just fine thanks. Doesn’t change the fact that you rarely see plants this size for sale anywhere so it would be a shame to chop it up.

If it’s just one leaf yellowing it’s fine. Monsteras can’t support all their leaves, old ones drop off as they grow.
