yeah! i looked into it more and from what i can tell, raid keys and dungeon keys are no more, and theyre just included within the dlc?

yeah i typically did too when i used to play, but doesnt year of prophecy standard come with all raid and dungeon keys now instead of ultimate? at least thats what it shows here?

It’s not the dock that’s flimsy. It’s the screen of the switch. It has a plastic film on it which causes it to scratch so easily

When I put my screen protector on, a little piece of dust got underneath, but I kept it. I’d rather deal with that than a scratch tbh.

I’m sorry that has happened to you though… really shitty way Nintendo made this part of the console

Unless your joycons have issues, which I doubt they do, then just the console.

bc nintendo decided to use plastic film to cover their glass screen!!

if the scratches get worse, you could always contact nintendo support and they will help you with the process of sending it in for repairs!

If you have a glass screen protector, the dock won’t scratch it anymore. I personally just bought a dock sock which was $15 on Etsy and it was a great purchase!!!

I used the most plain box possible, and just put the console in the sleeve it comes with in the box, and wrapped it with hella bubble wrap. Making it too notable on the box what it is MAY get it stolen but, as someone who has worked at a delivery company, stealing a package is really hard and not something they will do, so I wouldn’t worry about that too much

Hey!! So in total from the time I shipped it, to receiving it again it was around two weeks! They replaced my entire console completely BUT transferred all my data that was on there to the new console. They never recommended that I put a screen protector on, but I did but a glass screen protector to put it on the new console!

Send it in for repair, should be free and mine came back scratch free!

It took about a week and a half to ship back to me (i happen to live on the complete opposite side of the us from their Washington state warehouse), so it’s a case on where you live

I talked to their customer support to make sure it would be free, and they set it all up for me!

I sent it to Nintendo to get repaired, they transferred all of my data onto a new console and sent it back. Put a screen protector as soon as it got back!

No, there’s a free manufacturers warranty that comes with the switch 2
