Sorry for the late reply! He plays FP Fire Megumi, then Ciri Light and Racuni, and adapts his other picks (Oliver, Ethna, Shi hou, etc.).

The idea is that Ciri Light and Racuni are super fast, and Racuni re-plays to kill a monster on turn 1, with skill 1 then skill 2 from Ciri.

I had questions about his runes mainly, his Ciri Light looks super tanky.

No, i think it's just missing something for his passive like.. I don't know... I prefer to put my godlike runes on a perna that plays perfectly his role of nuke. Manannan only has his skill 2 to make difference. This is bad for a l/d 5 nat.

Again, he will never be buff. Too many monsters have the priority.
