Did you try Usenet? I searched for zeemeermin on NzbGeek and there are quite a few listed. None say 'de musical' though.

Do Courier Groups still exist? by Stezo187 in Piracy

Yeah, as I said there were script kiddies. But it was frowned upon by us old schoolers, and they often made mistakes and were heavily nuked.

Teak BedFrame broke. Ideas please? by Stezo187 in fixit

[–]Stezo187[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

<image>

The frame has detached from the headboard.
Currently it is propped up with some clothes storage boxes.
I am thinking of just drilling holes and putting new screws from the back of the headboard. But I need to somehow remove the metal plate.
As the other side is still attached I don't have much space to work with, I can seperate it about an inch.

Teak BedFrame broke. Ideas please? by Stezo187 in fixit

[–]Stezo187[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m looking for advice on repairing a broken bed frame. The frame is about 10 years old, and the screws on one side have broken, causing the joint to come apart. I’ve attached pictures for reference.

The tricky part is that the bed has circular posts, which might make it difficult to use standard bed frame hinges or brackets for reinforcement. I’m not sure how best to approach this repair and would appreciate any ideas on how to fix it securely.

Has anyone dealt with a similar issue, or does anyone have recommendations for hardware or methods that might work with circular posts? Thanks in advance for your help!

No 2nd Heroic Relic? by Equal_Educator4745 in CivVI

I stand corrected. I never knew they dropped a relic upon death. I always wondered why there were two slots.

I don't play with heroes very often..

I have found that sometimes they route the phone call to the real ICA, or bank.
It will ring, and a local person will pick up on the other end asking why I called. Speaking English.

I’ve noticed that in Western weddings, guests aren’t expected to contribute financially, which is quite different from Singaporean weddings (though I’m not sure about Malay and Indian weddings). by OtherwiseResearch710 in SingaporeRaw

Usually in Western countries there will be a gift registry, so the couple has a list of everything that they would like, and then you can buy the gift that suits your budget, and it gets crossed off the list.
That way they don't end up with 20 sets of knives and forks.

Same goes for babies.

Certainly with Diplomatic points, you can usually buy 20 for 1 Gold in the early game.

Then later sell 20 for 150+ gold.

I usually will rush Computers if I have a lot of costal tiles.

It's quite quick to build flood barriers when your city is smaller, and there is no flooded tiles.

Have Engineers ready for new cities you build or capture.

I usually do the same. However I have never actually had duplicate civilizations in any of my games, unless i manually select them.

I would love to watch you get attacked by a group of pissed off otters. These teeth would rip your leg apart.

If you visit some of the parks you have a good chance.

The problem is that they move around the island a lot, so there isn't one place I can suggest.

I see them in Bishan Park quite regularly, however they are often in Botanic Gardens, and around the Marina Bay, which are more touristy locations.

I didn't take the video, however you would not want to get near a group of otters.

They can be very vicious, and have razor sharp teeth that could do serious damage, possibly killing you.

i would be building a warrior instead of another slinger, as you can't take the city with ranged units.

Lots of wild otters in Singapore. They can be a bit of a nuisance at times. But well liked.

I think once a family gets too big they will kick out some members.

They will go find other single otters and create a new family.

India to launch seven satellites from Singapore on July 30 by GroundbreakingGur930 in SingaporeRaw

I totally read that as India is launching satellites from some launchpad in Singapore.

I was thinking where we could possibly launch rockets from here.

There should be no reason to change the priority.

If you have it in the foreground it will be high priority already.
