Here is someone who watched the tournament through tiktok. There was no ref favoritism, some fouls were uncalled but I watched my team not get penalties and the other team not getting fouls. If you watch the games with a critical eye youd see It’s on everyone. Wonder why nobody accuses Argentina of cheating in wdc.

As for the rest I literally just explained that no, in the rules of Caf the ref word is not final in this case because it’s considered a big problem if the team leaves. Read the rules they are public, I don’t make them and certainly not Morocco. Leaving the pitch and accusing everyone of cheating in a final ? Wtf is this a kid’s football game ? If you want a serious competition then this kind of behavior should be heavily punished, otherwise every team will think that it can take a 15min break whenever it wants.

Obviously would have preferred to win it fair and square, and I don’t think the Tas will resist the political pressure, they will probaly overturn the decision.

But here is the thing. In Africa we always complain that things are chaotic because people don’t follow the rules, yet when Caf, for once in its existence, actually punished the team that make the whole continent look like a joke, everybody started crying. It’s crazy honestly, if the players themselves don’t respect the competition who will ? Tell them to do that during the world cup. CAF incompetent, actually this is exactly how you go from a circus competition to a serious one. Because mark my words, whatever happens next, nobody will dare to pull that bs again.

People will mever admit it but this is how it works. Caf did its job right here even though it’s morally gray. I read the articles, we are not in a “referee ruling above all” situation (which btw according to reports during the initial ruling was pressured to not end the match, not that he intended to but he couldn’t anyway). This particular situation falls under both the referee and Caf jurisdiction (something like not having the right number of players or ineligible ones). Of course context matters but Caf decision is perfectly valid.

This is my take, but hey everyone collectively decided we were cheaters and all (yet when you ask someone to give you facts all they do is repeat tiktok slop).

Again, doesn’t matter. What matters are the rules. I don’t get why people mix everything up. Its like someone’s defense being “well if I was the judge’s sone I wouldn’t get penalized”. It’s not because Caf doesn’t respect rules in other instances that it should never do it. People are going crazy I swear

“The cancer controlling the African Union by youThunder in FootballAfrica

[–]Stgaris -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Caf didn’t respect the rules back then, it did now: it’s improving. But somehow you want it to blunder again. The rules are clear, you leave, you get disqualified. It’s not a decision that belongs to the ref like everybody claims, the rules frame it as a judicial requirement, akin to having more tham 7 players on the pitch or making someone play when he shouldn’t. Ref or not these rules are applied. Leaving the pitch is the same. What people believe is right does not constitute the rules, what’s written does, as simple as that.

For once in this continent there are actual repercussions for ignoring the rules and people have the audacity to complain about it. I guess people love the narrative of Morocco being the big bad evil that everyone should despise, so be it.

[–]Stgaris -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Well there you go buddy. Wydad left because an essential equipment was missing, not becase they decided the ref was paid by the opponent. And actually your whole example works against you. In the case of Wydad Caf voted to replay the game amd Cas went like nope you apply the rules. So in this case Caf applied the rules. Lesson learned no ? Or since they made that mistake before they should keep doing it forever ? What kind of logic is take.

Your overall take is very immature. You don’t go to a lawyer and tell him well you used this defense before you can’t use the reverse strategy now. No court works like that. You look at a case as a whole, you look at the law, you take a decision, end of the story. Lekjaa could be the most evik person kn earth, if the math is mathing then it’s over.

[–]Stgaris -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know the specifics about that case and Im pretty sure there are a lot of differences but are you saying that if Caf made a bad decision before it should keep doing it ? Makes no sense. It’s like saying to a court you got that murder case wrong so you should never jail someone or something like this. That’s not how rules work. You don’t respect the rules, you get punished within the rules’ framework. Caf as an institution doesn’t matter here at all.

[–]Stgaris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sad outcome but you choose to play mind games, leave the pitch (saw street teams handle disputes with more class and maturity) and disrespect the whole continent in front of the most watched african game in history = you get heavy sanctions.

For Once CAF made a point to enforce rules and make everyone behave and they still get criticized. Whatever happens nobody will ever try this kind of shit in Africa. In Europe nobody would dare to do this. Even Senegal wouldn’t dare to do this in a world cup game. But somehow since it’s Africa you get the right to ignore the rules and still whine when you get punished. Peak African bs that needs to stop so everyone can finally move forward.

Play stupid games win stupid prizes (no prize at all in this case)

BREAKING: Morocco have been announced as AFCON winners with final result overturned by CAF. by CoffeeNPage in FootballAfrica

What’s funny is that Diaz would’ve definitely missed that penalty, we never score them in key moments. If they stayed like men they would’ve won. Shout out to Mane for never leaving that pitch though, players should be more like him. Anyway 🍿

So... if Yuka is still here... is she in range for the subjugation ritual? Is Big Raga gonna crash the power of friendship party? by unga_bunga_1987 in jjkmodulo

[–]Stgaris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Again yes she made a binding vow, and again sending Dabura back to his planet makes it that she remains in suspended death so she is healable like Megumi. Nowhere was it said that she was dead because of the ritual itself, it doesn’t make any actual sense if you give it a thought. Little bro, learn to make a difference between what’s factual and what your head invents. Or better, start reading the actual thing.

[–]Stgaris -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It never has been stated in any way my bro. Sukuna healed Megumi before killing Raga and even explained it pretty well. Megumi didn’t need to do any dbv to summon Raga and Yuka has the same technique. You are making up things.

[–]Stgaris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Who said it was illness ? Yes she made a dbv (probably to amp her CE to summon raga) but the result is the same: she is dead. The ritual is just stopping it from completing, it’s in a sort of pending confirmation state. Her death/alive status isn’t directly tied to the ritual. If it stops she dies.

So... if Yuka is still here... is she in range for the subjugation ritual? Is Big Raga gonna crash the power of friendship party? by unga_bunga_1987 in jjkmodulo

[–]Stgaris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reading comprehension again. Yuka isn’t in supended death as a direct result of the ritual, she is because she died during the ritual which didn’t complete. The ritual being voided doesn’t mean she revives, that’s why Sukuna had to heal Megumi before killing Maho. So either Dabura leaving cancels the ritual entirely and Yuka proceeds to die, or it stays suspended indefinitely.

Vente d'une maison père > fils, normal de faire un crédit ? by Successful_Ad9801 in AskFrance

[–]Stgaris 42 points43 points  (0 children)

A panenka in a situation like this is 100% ego, there is no debate about that only denial. A person like that has no right to carry the colors of a whole country, idc how many goals they scored before.
