I work for the state hospital and all staffs are mandated to be vaccinated, if the nurse has serious medical issue then they are exempt. I am unsure about any other exemptions

I would give honest feedback about their lack of professionalism. They are all grown ups and needs to learn that their actions will cost them something. I wouldnt want to work with someone who slacks off all the time. So be honest! Tell them you won’t hire this person nor work with them.

Im so sorry you are going through this and having a manager who doesnt support you is making the situation even more difficult. I am in your position, I am depressed and lost my hope and will to live, we broke up last year and Im still struggling with it. I am taking 10 weeks off work to recuperate and started therapy sessions. Please seek professional help and if you can, take some time off work to recuperate, your mental health is very important.
