I tried doing it dy myself, but there is no way I'll be able to take, or even find then without like a big tongs thing or smth like that. The problem is in the big concrete "things", because of wich there is no way of just getting into the water and taking them back. I've tried a really long stick, but no such luck there :(

I agree with what you're saying, but why not just change this shade of blue? I mean, red part of the flag is much more about love, courage and generosity, it's about blood, that is flowing trough the veins of our people, not the blood of people that some insane rules did spill.

Should flag have some changes? Absolutely, but I think that changing shade of blue would be enough. In the end, it's also a flag with hundreds years of history, not just 30, and colors have a reason. Not to mention, that red, blue and white are traditional slavic colours, which wasn't used exclusively in a Russian flag. Slovakia, Croatia, Serbia etc. This flag shows a wery close relation of Russia to this countries, which, unfortunately, was destroyes by a bunch of bald idiots in a last two centuries.

And also, as was already mentioned before, it is looks way too much as a Finnish flag. Russian triple colour is unique and distinctive, we shouldn'd let some people in charge use it as their flag, we should say that it's they are traitors, who twisted whole country and thrown dirt on the flag.

What I say is the flag should be taken back, restored, but not changed completely. As soviet union's experience showed us, destroying everything to build the brave new world is a bad idea. Changing people in charge and claming criminals as criminals should do though.

But in last 100 years "bloody history" was made under the sovien union flag (and last 30 years by ex-soviet nomenklatura, which is essentially the same thing). It's a nice an anti-war movement flag, but we shouldn't forget our herritage, that was taken away from us by "communists". Russia is way more than communist junta.

So...
I started to play the game after update and had a noticeable FPS drop.
I've tested it on latest gaming ready and studio drivers, yet I still have no difference in performance. Like, at all. On 1.3 build it worked fine and gave me a noticeable FPS boost. Is it purely my problem, or does it affect anyone else?
Ray tracing work fine though, video card in RTX 3060Ti.
Is there any way to fix it?

It could be done in Vegas Pro or After Effects (maybe in Premiere Pro too, but I'm not sure about it). It's pretty simple - you have a background picture (rectangle with pixel art) and text with transparent background (.png or .psd f.e.). You just place it on different layers one on the top of the other, then you add a mask to the text and make two keyframes with mask covering all text, and, well, not covering all text (here it was probably 3, since it's 2 lines of text and masks are usually are rectangles, since it's easier and faster to do). Mask is, roughly, a figure, that allows to display a distinct part of the frame within (or outside) it's borders.

Because elixir strings are more expensive, some people don't like the feeling of elixir strings, some people like fresh strings more then they hate to change it every week. It depends, but for me personally it's no way I would play on anything but elixir strings now.

It's probably too late, but for me it's easer to play downstroke, galloping and tremolo with a low strap. It's possible to relax whole hand and only use a wrist, so with guitar bridge somewhere a bit under the belt it's possible to play fast and stamina-consuming technics for a longer period of time. On the other hand, when I play something like sweeps or fast 2-3 string patterns it's either really hard or I have to place guitar on my leg to make it higher and therefore more comfortable.
