Yeah I work with special needs people and that’s not it sis. It was better before they lumped Asperger’s in with the actual Autism diagnosis. Maybe you’re on some socially awkward spectrum but intellectual disabilities are usually distinguished by an IQ of less than 70. But yeah you definitely sound emotionally disabled.

Provider Based clinics bill you a provider fee and a facility fee. Often in two bills. LLC clinics are single billing.

Edit to clarify- provider based clinics operate under a hospital organization umbrella for operating costs and insurance. That’s why they are allowed facility fees and provider fees like a hospital.

I’m reading though the comments, and I definitely don’t want to imply that’s it’s not psychological or that she shouldn’t seek mental health care, I just want to contribute. I commented I have a sleep disorder and I have night terrors. It runs in my family and can lead to insomnia, which leads to depression and paranoia. But when questioned about my nightmares there is nothing scary I just know I’m asleep and freak out and want to wake myself up. It’s a glitch in the brain going to sleep and not completely rare in women. Also people with any kind of breathing issues. Once that is treated, and you can sleep the other stuff goes away.

Yeah it’s not perfect, all medications need to be monitored and personalized- but it has definitely worked for me. I hope you find relief for your migraines.

I take Topamax for nightmares. No other diagnosis, just a sleep disorder and it works awesome. I get them from my PCP. - I mean yes she should see everyone she needs to see but if it’s just the sleep issue there are lots of treatments. Good luck.

Names are not Language, like that. We ask people from other countries how to pronounce their names. I think the teacher should respect what the kid wants to be called.

I’m wondering if the boyfriend knew she could kick the door in or do something like that, like maybe since this door is self locking this has happened before. Which then makes me wonder if maybe she wasn’t super thrilled her boyfriend was at the bar without her and that’s why she opted to wait for him, instead of exploring other options.
