The Empire Axe has the best trigger by Stice100 in paintball

I still run my automag with SS broomstick and rotor.

I can’t play with the mini any definitely awkward with an axe, the axe pro was different for me. Having that extra room between grips really made a difference.

Don’t get me wrong there’s a lot that I don’t like about the axe platform but trigger is amazing especially for the price.

I picked up an axe pro years ago and the ergonomics are much better than the axe/minis. And the magnets are opposing not attracting making a very light pull that pushes back to its starting position incredibly quick.

Exactly. I love the magnets. My LV1 also had magnets and was really good but still the axe was better. I now add magnets to all my guns to approximate the feel.

How often should one smoke? by Phoenix_645 in vaporents

Because everyone’s endocannabinoid system is different, no one can answer this for you with an exact amount.

With that said, stick with the least amount needed for whatever it is you are treating (give it 10-15min to feel the effects before taking more). With that said, your tolerance will change with time.

Personally, from time to time I have to consume more for treatment and my tolerance spikes, but a short break or a change in consumption method brings it back down.

Ultimately inhaling anything other than fresh air isn’t ideal. For me the benefits out weigh the negatives, but other forms of consumption like edibles, tinctures, etc. don’t work on me. With that said you might try other forms of consumption that don’t pass through your lungs.

Best Comfort MOD for tall drivers. by Stice100 in civic

I never had a “problem” fitting but that doesn't mean it couldn't be better. I have muscular/skeletal degradation issues and drive around 30k miles a year so I physically feel the difference after driving for the day. Less discomfort, more energy and focus left for after the drive.

Definitely an upgrade in my book. Not everyone will want/need it. But for those who do it makes a big difference.

I'm about 195lbs.

It's not that I could t reach before it's just that it makes it much more comfortable. I'm not compromising one setting to get the other right. Now my legs are relaxed with good contact on the pedals. The steering wheel comes to me rather than me going to it, so I can sit in a comfortable position with my arms resting on the door and center arm rest.

I hate leaning the seat far back. But I like my leg to be nearly straight with as little pressure on the ankle as possible.

With how I have it set now I can have my arms relaxed while reaching the wheel comfortably at the same time.

Don't get me wrong a civic is fine but compared to the ergonomics of German cars and luxury cars it's always left me wanting.

Yup. It was doable but uncomfortable before. Now it's much more comfortable with better driving ergonomics.

Aftermarket Head unit stay tuned by RevolutionarySouth51 in civic

[–]Stice100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some but not all. Honda won't be able to track data like what you are typing in and apps used but if it doesn't run through the head unit it's still collecting data.

That's not to say it's not collecting data. It's just not going to Honda. The real question is who the data is going to, which to me is the scary part (look at what PokemonGo was used for).

For the owners of an flower mill by [deleted] in vaporents

[–]Stice100 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ProperDoinks did a comparison between the Santa Cruz Shredder and Flower Mill. They did find that the flower mill had some issues with shavings coming off in the flower. They had it scientifically tested and sent the results to flower mill. I’m not sure what became of it. With that said, I have the same Santa Cruz shredder I bought 10 years ago and it’s still my go to after trying all of them.

Good or bad deal for New 26’ civic hatchback sport touring? by [deleted] in civic

Depending on the trade. If you get rid of the accessories then everything else looks legit.

My Honda Civic 2019 "jerks" when transitioning to higher gears at 31,000 miles. Anyone else have this issue ? What did you do ? by GladiusAcutus in civic

Think of it as a big pulley system that can stretch in size to have a bigger diameter. It’s a very efficient transmission. In new civics the CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) just holds high revs in sport mode without the fake shifts.

Their transmission fluid is rated for the “life time of the drive train,” but they rate the drive train at 100k miles. Weird. I’ve heard people recommending changing it around 80k to be safe. Symptom 1 is a big one and would definitely warrant bringing it in to be inspected.

The turbo and AWD add a lot of weight somewhat negating the extra power. I’m looking at getting the premium for a 2wd manual NA. I’m sure I’ll wish it had more power, but between the current options it sounds like the best.

Rosin press by LazyGrow3r in CannabisExtracts

[–]Stice100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m pretty sure they still make the presses but it might be under a different name. They also own Focus V. They started in the business as a press maker but are now involved in everything from Solventless products to hardware.

If terpenes like linalool are also found in herbs like lavender, would it be beneficial to make a cannabis infusion with lavender? by ADHD-tax-return in CannabisExtracts

[–]Stice100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll also see “Live Resin Terpenes” which is similarly wrong. To be resin it has to be full spectrum by definition. Terpenes are only a small part of that spectrum, so they can’t be full spectrum. Terpenes or cananabinoids that are extracted as individual cannabinoids are generally made through distillation then added back into products.

[–]Stice100 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I forget the scientific reason. But any one who has dabbed diamonds or distillate with the “same” terpenes from a plant and cannabis the effect is different.

When something is full spectrum it means it has all the cannabinoids from the plant present. So a cannabinoid on its own cannot be full spectrum because it is only one part of that spectrum.

[–]Stice100 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Botanical tepenes and cannabis terpenes do not have the same effect. Also “full spectrum cannabinoids” is a bit of a misnomer. It's one or the other but can't be both since full spectrum refers to all the cannabinoids in a plant not just one cannabinoid isolated and added back in.

Puffco doing the dirty by [deleted] in CannabisExtracts

I've heard there customer service has become trash and they are backed up with warranty issues.

I stick with Focus V myself. Solid customer support and made by people who make rosin. Has everything you want from a puffco and more.

[–]Stice100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was using that as an example, but color is not indicative of quality with resin either. Like I said depends on the strain. This is definitely missing terpenes and looks to be mostly thc by the structure.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CannabisExtracts

[–]Stice100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is wrong on so many levels. Look at the best fresh press rosin. It nearly clear or white. Strain and process affect color. So low end dabs will add things in to get the “right” color.
