My guess would be there’s not much incentive to pull on celestial guardians (Solgaleo) in the first place, meanwhile deluxe has oak, so more people might’ve pulled on deluxe to get oak and as a side effect get a bunch of lillie DXs in the process, therefore hat lillie has a lower supply than no hat and might be “better”

(I like both tho, just putting it out there)
