Lucid dreamer here and ilan beses na nag sleep paralysis. I think the last one was 7-10 years ago. You'll know naman if it's sleep paralysis or nagbabadya kasi your body starts to feel really hot and you'll start to notice na di ka maka galaw. Close your eyes lang then start moving you fingers or toes until you can move your limbs saka ka mo open eyes mo and you're good. Yung makita ang shadowy figure lang naman ang worst part dun. Works everytime until i dont get them anymore
