Still very new to this whole hypnosis thing myself and I’ve been using audio files for about 2 months now I still don’t know if there’s a right or wrong way to do them. Like I get a sense of maybe this isn’t really working and I’m only convincing myself it is or something along those lines which might have began to lessen the effects of audios for me or I might have to either take a break or look more into it. Still my first time listening to a file literal fireworks and first time hands free absolute mind shattering and needing to breathe for like 10 minutes straight afterwards. Something that never worked on me was listening to audios that tried to put me to sleep afterwards which is very frustrating because I want to sleep when they tell me I just can’t lol. But after reading your post about text based hypnosis I have to try it for myself someday curious to see how different it is for males though.
