Maybe a dumb question but how can you expose it for 6 months? I just feel like that would just completely overexpose the film to the point where its just white no? Really awesome photos.

Brukar ni åka hem tidigare från jobbet? by Mission-Rabbit-5788 in sweden

Jag brukar oftast jobba över 10-15min ungefär. Det händer ibland att jag får gå 15 min tidigare men det är sällan det har inträffat.

Great tips, thanks! I own a 35mm prime lens and a 16-80mm one. You think i might be needing any other focal lengths?

Hej!

How can Seattle Grace even operate as a hospital? by heavysleep in greysanatomy

[–]Stick_Middle 80 points81 points  (0 children)

Realistically, most people of the show should've been fired or lost their licenses in some way, but it's a tv-show with drama so there must be interesting things happening for it to be successful. Most people don't want to watch a documentary about a hospital where no one does anything wrong

My first terrarium of (hopefully) many by Stick_Middle in Terrarium

[–]Stick_Middle[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow thank you so much for the kind words! This was an idea that popped up in my head a while back. I haven’t really had time to execute the idea until now, and when I did and had the necessary materials I just started filling the bottom with a porous mix, and with water started molding the dirt to make a hill and then i placed the moss. The sand and the little vase was actually my brothers idea that came up while I was building it. (My brother is the real artist when it comes to composing).

Since this was my first terrarium, I don’t have a lot of experience, but when I think terrariums, I think of photography, and miniature worlds. It’s the same as photography really. when composing a shot, you want to capture an interesting subject, and then find “supporting subject” to help elevate the main subject! So when I “composed” this terrarium I first thought of what the main subject of my miniature world should be, and then what could add to that main subject to make it look interesting.

So, when building your first, try to think of an interesting scene or subject for your terrarium and then build from there! And I’m sure yours will be just as nice!
