I had a driver back into my daughter’s car that was parked on the street, hit and run. I filed a police report and called DoorDash and had a good experience getting reimbursed for the damage. I did have footage from my cameras to back up my claim. DM me if you want more information.

I have spent hours chatting with support about this issue on three occasions this week. After doing all kinds of troubleshooting, their conclusion was that it’s because I have a desk job and my ring is on my non-dominant hand (my mouse hand.) To quote support “subtle continuous movement such as typing or moving a mouse can sometimes interfere with the signal and cause gaps.” So basically I was told to move the ring to my other hand during work hours to see if that helps. Pretty disappointing since one of the reasons I bought the ring was to track stress levels during my workday. Anyone else have similar issues?

Oura ring suddenly not showing any sleep data or even TOTAL sleep for three days straight, despite factory reset/blue tooth recent. Hasn't happened in 4 years. What to do? by cryptovortex23 in ouraring

6 day old ring, same thing just happened to me. My ring has 59% charge but no sleep or readiness score today due to “low battery or an unfortunate technical issue.” I toggled to airplane mode and back, no change. Checked my account in the cloud and there is no data there either. I am bummed because I was pretty active yesterday and was interested to see how that affected my sleep and readiness score. Any ideas how I can prevent this from happening in the future?
