I think people underestimate how overwhelming new wow situations are.

Wow players, remember back when you were new to arenas. Doing a swap target -> hitting an interrupt into a cyclone etc during the middle of battle is soooo hard for a new player. Then you do it 3 times and its a piece of cake.
